Sep 9, 2009 — CanWest has been realizing the benefits of Mediaspectrum's 100% Web-based advertising production suite since June 2009 when they partnered with Affinity Express to power production for The Ottawa Citizen. Since this pilot was initiated, CanWest has realized significant benefits from the platform. As Editor & Publisher recently reported, they are extending the use of the Mediaspectrum Ad Production Suite to additional CanWest properties. CanWest will now outsource the ad-production now performed in Calgary and Regina to Affinity Express, located in Elgin, Ill., which has facilities in Pune, India, and Manilla, the Philippines.
